Information this website collects
The shop only asks for information needed to review a collision estimate request and contact the person who submitted it.
Estimate-form submissions
The estimate form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, vehicle year, make, model, VIN, whether keys are present, whether airbags deployed, damaged areas, a damage description, optional insurance provider, optional claim number, and optional vehicle-damage photos.
Contact information
Name, email, phone number, and preferred contact method are used to respond to your estimate request.
Vehicle information
Year, make, model, VIN, key status, and airbag status help the shop understand the vehicle before contacting you. VIN is a unique vehicle identifier. Do not submit extra documents that the form does not request.
Claim numbers
If you include an insurance provider or claim number, that information is used only to discuss the estimate and related repair communication.
Uploaded vehicle-damage photos
Photos are optional. If you upload images, they are sent with your estimate request so the shop can review visible damage. Do not upload photos of people, IDs, insurance cards, or unrelated files.
Third-party form processing
The estimate form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to State Collision. FormSubmit’s systems receive the submitted fields and files. State Collision does not control FormSubmit’s independent privacy practices.
Embedded maps and social links
The contact section can load a Google Map after you choose to display it. Loading the map connects your browser to Google. Facebook and TikTok links send you to those sites only if you click them. Gallery videos play through TikTok’s embedded player after you choose to play them.
Analytics or cookies
This site may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic traffic. The language preference can be stored in your browser with localStorage. The site does not set advertising cookies.
